2.In what areas of India do you place people?
We provide coverage to over 25 states and 7 union territories throughout India.
3.We haven't had much success using staffing agencies. Why should I work with you? What makes you different?

6.How do you assess the skill level of a candidate?
Our assessment system has so many different categories, we've almost lost count. We can even send them to a candidate online so that they are completed before they visit your office. We'll find that needle in a haystack that matches your requirements.
7.How many people are in your database?
Hmmm... that's a good question. At any time we probably have over 100K candidates in our database. Great candidates come in; great candidates are assigned. Many people in our network have filled multiple roles facilitated by us. Our system attracts many great candidates. We're always connecting with our networks to make sure we have talented, interested people available for you.
8.If our organization does the recruiting and interviewing, would SRPL be able to do the evaluation of their skills?
